Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.


Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using trusted carriers including:

The carrier used may vary depending on package size and destination.


Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes. We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes.

Customers in the Chicago area may choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes.

Sunlight Kitchen is a real kitchen and hardware supply store located in Chicago's Chinatown. Our online store allows customers across the United States to purchase the same tools and supplies available in our physical shop.


Are knives and sharp tools restricted?

Yes.

Some products such as knives and sharp kitchen tools may only be purchased by customers 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the required age requirement.
